Overview

FitAdEngine is a FitMacro product for planning, generating, reviewing, publishing, and analyzing app marketing creative. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and the choices you have when using FitAdEngine at fitadengine.com or related FitMacro-operated domains.

Information We Collect

We collect account and workspace information, including your name, email address, authentication identifiers, workspace name, role, settings, and account activity. FitAdEngine uses Supabase for authentication, database, and private file storage.

We collect campaign and creative information you provide or generate, including app names, App Store URLs, channel references, creative briefs, target audiences, positioning, hooks, captions, generated concepts, approvals, publishing records, performance metrics, uploaded images, uploaded videos, screenshots, logos, review notes, and generated media assets.

If you connect a third-party service such as TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Apple App Store Connect, Stripe, or an email service, we may process account identifiers, authorization codes, access tokens, refresh tokens, scopes, expiry dates, page or channel metadata, publishing status, analytics, and performance data needed to provide the requested integration.

We may also collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, log data, request URLs, error diagnostics, cookie/session data, and usage events needed to secure, operate, debug, and improve the service.

How We Use Information

We use information to authenticate users, create and manage workspaces, generate campaign assets, store uploaded media, render videos and images, connect social publishing accounts, support review and approval workflows, queue or record publishing activity, provide analytics, send operational emails, protect the service, troubleshoot problems, and communicate service updates.

We may send campaign prompts, uploaded assets, generated content, and related context to AI providers such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini, or xAI when you use features that require generation, review, summarization, transcription, image creation, video assistance, or recommendation workflows.

TikTok Data

When you connect TikTok, FitAdEngine uses the authorization you grant to connect your TikTok account to your workspace and support publishing, account-management, or analytics workflows that you initiate. TikTok data may include your TikTok account or creator identifier, display name, avatar or profile metadata, granted scopes, access tokens, refresh tokens, token expiry, connected account status, publishing status, video or post identifiers, and performance information returned by TikTok APIs.

We do not sell TikTok user data. We do not use TikTok data for unrelated advertising networks, data brokers, or profiling outside the FitAdEngine service. We use TikTok data only to provide the connected FitAdEngine functionality, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, comply with applicable law, and comply with TikTok platform and developer requirements.

You can disconnect TikTok from within the product where connection controls are available, revoke access in TikTok, or request deletion by contacting us. After a deletion request, we will delete or de-identify TikTok data that we are not required to retain for security, legal, fraud-prevention, or audit purposes.

Other Connected Services

FitAdEngine may connect with Meta/Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, Apple App Store and App Store Connect, Stripe, Resend, Inngest, Supabase, Vercel, and AI model providers. The data processed for each integration depends on what you connect and which features you use. For example, social connections may process page, account, channel, post, token, and publishing data; App Store features may process public app metadata and private analytics you authorize; payment features may process customer, subscription, checkout, and billing status through Stripe.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for authentication sessions, security, OAuth state validation, preferences, and service functionality. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling required cookies may prevent sign-in or connected-platform flows from working.

Sharing and Service Providers

We share information with service providers that help operate FitAdEngine, including hosting, database, authentication, private storage, AI generation, media processing, email delivery, automation, payment processing, analytics, monitoring, and connected platform providers. These providers process information for us or at your direction.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate abuse or security incidents, to enforce our Terms, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of assets.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain information for as long as needed to provide FitAdEngine, support active workspaces, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, prevent fraud, and preserve audit records. Uploaded media, generated assets, campaign records, and analytics may remain in your workspace until deleted by an authorized workspace user or until you request deletion.

You may request access, correction, export, disconnection of a third-party account, or deletion of your account or workspace data by contacting us at support@fitadengine.com.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, and you are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe.

Children

FitAdEngine is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

International Processing

FitMacro is based in Canada, and our service providers may process information in Canada, the United States, and other countries where they operate. These countries may have privacy laws that differ from those in your location.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of FitAdEngine after an update means the updated policy applies to your use of the service.
